All you need to do is click on User CP in the brown header above to the left and from the options down the side, select ‘edit email & password’
Once you’ve updated your email address, just click save changes at the bottom and the system will update automatically. Then you will receive forum notifications to that new address, but make sure you check your spam folder in case they caught in there.
As for your subs, you can renew early if you wish, it will add the 12 months onto your original expiry date so you won’t loose out on any days
