Possible? Do me a favour. The Geordie lass was very pleasant and helpful and managed to maintain that throughout. After a lengthy conversation she agreed to organise a review by the Energy Consumption Unit within the organisation. Talk about a 'Fix'.
She happened to mention that my DD was roughly the same as a busy fish and chip shop and using 27,000 cu.ft. of Gas alone. Yup! She also gave me details of my 'standing', payment wise. Result: Substantial credit to be refunded via DD system and, if I can find a 5 star hotel on Sicily that doesn't insist on a stupid vaccination, possibly Taormina, a lovely month in the sun. I'm considering a solicitor's letter seeking damages.
