Your post comes over as punishing yourself in retribution for losing work. What you are not saying is anything about Fiona and your children and how they would feel if you ended your life because of your work. You should be speaking to your wife/family if you don’t want to speak to your GP
I don’t have Fiona’s phone number to tell her what you are writing up on this forum as she knows you the best.
What is the alternative, one of your friends here to contact the police to carry out a home visit/welfare check.
