I had similar problems in the wet when my battery was on the way out and not holding a charge. I guess the wet shows it up because you've got the wipers and lights on in addition to all the usual. A good charge overnight fixed it temporarily, a new battery fixed it for good.

Perhaps the source of the discharge if the battery itself is fine...?
