Scary day yesterday. Went to see Mike, ended up with a replacement inlet manifold. On the journey to manifold perfection we discovered what had been done to the car by a previous owner;
Expert hands doing worrying things in the engine bay;
She's very much better now! The sealant they used was in the VIS motor space as well, and there were no flaps/butterflies left in the manifold at all!
It's nice having another part of the car working properly. Onwards and upwards I think...
