They could give you some help in tracing the fault.
The fact that you're getting cold water means that your pump is fine, so it would seem to me that one or other of your taps is not doing as it should. Bear in mind that when you open a tap, especially for the first time, there'll be loads of air in the system, so the tap will have to be left open for a while to allow that air to be purged.
