I went off Dyson when he upped sticks and moved production to the far east because it was cheaper . . . . didn't reduce the prices though did he
That and we had an all singing all dancing Dyson washing machine. Refused to pay the ridiculous fee for an extended warranty, just a couple of weeks after the warranty expired the machine started flashing a fault code and phone number. An internet search found how to clear the fault but I still refuse to believe a fault just after the warranty expired was a coincidence.
Has anyone heard anything from Rod?
