The introduction of court cases for 'non-compliance' with these contestable National energy developments is alarming. So, what we innocently saw as voluntary climate agreements are legally enforceable by law? To whom ? No alleviating circumstances? None? Have we abdicated all responsibility for the sake of a wish list?
