I've never had anything more than compact type camera before, and for the last 8 or so years I've only had a camera on my phone. Which was fine for quick snaps of the kids and for holidays, but after getting my new bike I started to find some nice places, which my phone didn't do justice to.
The camera I chose is a bridge camera, a Canon, 20MP with something like 45x zoom. I took it on holiday with us last week as I knew we were going on the North Norfolk railway, so thought it'd be a good opportunity for a few shots.
Heres a few I had while trying to figure out how it worked. I popped out on the bike today and had a play around with different settings, just need to sort through them and see if any of them are actually any good.
*edit* resized so they don't make the page ridiculously huge, but quality seriously affected...
