.Good point, Brian. If there weren't so many people in London, it wouldn't be so congested, so no need for congestion charges. Seems like common sense to me that businesses should invest in places where all there costs are less. It's not like you have to be able to get to London to be able to talk to Important People. We now have magic electric speak machines Up Norf, too!
