Yea as above.
If you have a level sensor front and back and no level adjuster then the car would have had the xenon pack with washers.
Also all the 190s had the larger discs and calipers. 16 incg wheels wont fit over 190 calipers.
Quite why you would swsp the calipers out god only knows unless one owner preferred the ride on 16 inch wheels so changed the brakes out to fit 16 inch wheels
The lights could have been swapped out becuase of cost for s repair or someone sold them.
V strange mind to have that spec on a 190 then change it all out. The xenon pack was an added extra at a price on the 190+.
