Default Water Loss

Well it appears that I have water getting into the oil,
I have a loss of water level and an increase of oil level and white grunge on the filler cap.
Worst case HG,But there is no pressurizing of the cooling system and no mixing of oil and water. I have done a pressure test which does not show up any leaks.

so could it be the Oil Cooler ???

The car runs as well as ever starts first time

Any chance it could be the Oil Cooler?

I have read the post from Robbered but there was never any conclusion to his problem posted which appears to be of a similar problem.

By the way it is a diesel with 186k on the clock.
