Multimeters are a bit like torque wrenches.

For occasional fault finding on a car, this will suffice.

The leads will be more plastic than rubber coated and will break in 2 years time. But its reasonable enough to keep in the toolbox.

If you want one that is highly accurate and will last 25+ years, a Fluke handheld such as this is one to go for.
