My other half is on omeprazole so started taking one in the morning a few days ago, definitely helped, haven't had indigestion since. Now discovered due to my other issues I can't take omeprazole without seeking medical advice first . . . . ah FFS

I wouldn't be able to remember what to take and when, what disagreed with me and what didn't!
