Mike - are you sure it is actually an external leak? Or could it be condensation forming on the
inside of the rear window, then running down to the bottom of the glass (still on the inside) and dripping onto the steel section directly below (in the boot).
In other words, could it be condensation from inside the car and not an external rainwater leak entering through the lower seal
