Never use it, on mannual diesel you will get muscle imbalances of the legs. The heavy left leg action of the clutch needs to be balanced out with a constant work out on the right leg,. CC use would lead to muscle wastage of right leg. North West roads are not CC friendly, no chance on M6 here.
