When you say she was not paying attention, was she on her phone? Did you see her coming round the corner? I would say that she obviously was travelling to fast for the conditions, and not in accordance with normal driving practice. On the other hand, did you see her coming before you started to reverse, and thought you could complete your manouverin before she got anywhere near you?
