It's nice to know why some failures happen. Over the years I've read lots of posts from well intentioned members giving their opinions about batteries and why things happen to them. Unfortunately not always technically correct. In the past I've made batteries myself and designed tools to manufacture the internal components. My posts on the forum are to try and shine a light on how batteries work and how to attend to their needs to get as much life out of them as possible.

The forum came to life as a tool to help R75 owners to cut running costs and my input about batteries is to help towards that end.---
