Thanks for the advice so far. My questions are purely in relation to me replacing the ABS modulator and ensuring the braking system is filled correctly and completely and not to cause damage to anything else in the process or afterwards by not completing the task properly.

I had hoped to get this done and get her back on the road after being crashed into back in May by a prestige rental car that made a run for it. This was looking like the last obstacle to overcome having replaced the n/s strut assembly, power steering rack and n/s wing. As my luck would have it, she was reversed into last night, and now the n/s door and mirror will need quite a bit of TLC. I can't seem to catch a break with car problems at the minute.
