Having had a closer look, I'm not sure it is the header. It seems to be a grey box a bit larger than a pack of playing cards with a connector at one end, at least two of them are red and white, though quite thick.
Also, the screws attaching its bracket to the metal panel appear to be 5 lobed female star shapes with a central spigot - looks like a special tool is required! Have I found the right thing? If not I really don't know where else to look.
