Hi guys,

The standard brakes on the CDTi are literally nothing short of dangerous.

Slowing down from 125mph+ leaves you basically no brakes left, they are awful.

I know that the brakes are all BMW calipers, however, what about the carriers?

Can one buy new/refurbed BMW calipers and carriers and they fit the ZT ok?

I'd like to upgrade the brakes all round to 190 brakes, and it seems that its about the same cost to buy "new" as it is to source a full set of used, corroded jobs, and get them fully refurbed at BiggRed.

Anyone got any hot tips on how I can get this done easily? None of the carriers of course are available via Xpart.

Sorry if this is a stupid question and all the corresponding BMW part numbers are listed on the forums, if they are I couldnt find them!
