My air con is not blowing out cool air anymore. I have had it regassed several times, the last being early this year- in preparation for the warm summer weather. I have operated the air con for ten minutes or so every time I’ve taken the car out. It’s worked well until the heatwave. When the weather changed to cooler temperatures ( I did not expect it to work well cooling the higher temperatures we had ) the air con had given up. I’ve not had much chance to check it out thoroughly yet, but I’ve read through the comments in your thread and will check the compressor.
The air con has been regassed yearly with dye being added and no leaks condenser has been replaced. I will watch with interest to see how your problem works out.
