Exactly. I don't understand why people skimp on such a critical component in a car they wish to keep. When I picked up my current V6 it was overdue on time (mileage was WAY under), but there's no sense in not having it done. Repairs should NEVER be looked at as a percentage of a car's value - otherwise a full set of mid range tyres would become 'uneconomical'
