Lewisrendal is a top bloke for customer service as well. He helped me out when i stupidly put my sim card in the wrong way round, and provided advice when needed until i had finished the install. Buy from him with confidence.
Lets face it, he has a specific setting in his unit just for us, who could ask for more than that?
