Checking the National Rail and Avanti West Coast websites there's nothing running north of Carlisle, no mention of buses either. Dunno what she's doing, can't get hold of her
If she can't get home today no idea what level of service there will be tomorrow although the worst of Eunice will be further south.
Update: she's currently en route to Carlisle, then across to Newcastle and up the east coast.
