New Pcbs come with the heat exchanger an odd combination to be honest as they never need changing! but £200 odd quid is still cheaper than a new one and yours only needs a PCB tony I ran it for 40 odd minutes with my spare pcb
Remember your box also contained the fuel pump and exhaust I would not send those back if I were you as you need them anyway
