You can use a Galaxy Tab 2, as I am using it in mine.
To get the mount right was a bit tricky as it's curved around the side, but I got mine to fit perfectly.
However, I've made mine so it can be removed without taking the double din fascia off as it's just secured by velcro and the headunit, I've placed it in the glove box.
