Odd you have the extra black plug for the external GPS receiver and it suggests that harness is an early part number or from an earlier car the 1999 harness I have here is the same as well but I don't have the black plug in my 2001 CDT.
It is rare to see all the bits together like that, normally key parts are missing from the Ebay sales hence why I insisted on doing my own removal from the donor car where my parts came from. I hope you do get a good price without splitting it all up.
