Dependent on outside air temp, most modern A/C systems can reduce the air temp up to 25c. If the outside air temp is above 30c you will struggle to get 4c.
We are lucky here in the UK the air temp rarely gets that high so our A/C systems have a fairly easy life but when it does you soon realise if your A/C system is in need of a service and I don't mean a top up.
