The main problem with cost is down to how the insurance company risks your area or postcode. It seems now that even if you live in a very good area , then you can still pay a big premium. They now have penalty clauses for areas that have been targeted for "crash for cash" Apparently these gangs are moving to high class upmarket areas to reduce their risks of being caught, instead of the same areas , to deter suspicions from the insurance companies.
