New cars are better in most respects, you can't really argue the fact. But I still get a lot of enjoyment out of driving my old nail of a Rover 75.

Yes - a flat rate of £145 now applies from the 1st April. If a car is zero CO2 rated then it has zero RFL - (Is that just on new cars?)
