Hello Brahim,
Like every engine, it is reliable if maintained and repaired properly.
The things which are specific to the KV6 are:
- Coolant leaks in the 'V' (common)
- Oil cooler failure (uncommon)
- VIS actuator and flap problems (common)
- Blocked crankcase breather in cam covers (common)
- Whether the tensioner and idler pulleys were renewed with the timing belts
