They wanted to cut down the workshop time being shown which hacked off Edd. I follow his new you tube channel and he had a visit from Paul who used to feature in the workshop to 'assist' .
They chatted about wheeler dealers but didn't go into to many details but gave a smile and a wink about their experience. Paul mentioned that Mike would buy some right sheds and when 20 major faults were found , he would repair 16 of them and the film would show Edd fixing 4 of them !
It has also has been mentioned that Edd was only paid a wage for working on Wheeler Dealers and receives no royalties from any of the reshowing of the programmes !
This is not a dig at Mike and I still enjoy his shows and was disgusted at the abuse he and his family received when Edd left the show and I hope they have made up. Life is too short to fallout over different opinions.
