You're right! it is an epidemic. I was at Bolton Hospital with Mam the other day having her pacemaker check up in the Cardiology dept, There are signs all around the waiting room telling people to switch off mobile phones as they interfere with sensitive equipment.
with the exception of a few older people the entire waiting room which was packed were on them
mobile phone users seem to be a law unto themselves.
