When I first got my ZT-T it appears that had happened and on one side on the front, one pad was completely worn but the other side had jammed and was worn at an angle but only slightly...must have jammed soon after fitting by a garage.
Could there be an issue with disc run-out...maybe a tiny bit of something trapped between hub face and disc when fitting causing some slight wobble of the disc? Is there any wobble or vibration felt when braking?
Hope you find the answer is just clean and re-fit things?.
