The airbag light is two minutes under the seats to fix.Depending on which arches it might be cheaper to get hold of colour matched rust free wings and bolt them on. The clutch is the most expensive job but a whining release bearing doesn't automatically mean a whole new clutch. Fuel tank straps are cheap enough.
If everything else about the car is good then yes its viable.
