Best thing to do to check is to insert a known good disk, if there is nobody local David I am more than happy to send you an old disk that I used to use for you to try, we will then know for definite if it is your new disk or the nav unit . The only caveat is there may be a difference between the hiline and lowline, of that I have no experience. anybody else know the answer?
