I've had that problem David. The usual reason is a mechanical fault in the disc drive such that it cannot be read. After trying lubrication and various alternative discs, I ended up changing the complete mechanical assembly. That cured it!

Unfortunately not Jennifer. 2014-15 is the most recent and I very much doubt that there will be any more.
