Been out in the sun a lot lately and my psoriasis has gone. Not a trace! Didn't have a lot but just enough to be annoying! All hail the sun!
I have to say that my mood is also better. I guess that it must be S.A.D. (Seasonal adjustment disorder). My usual October holidays to Corfu have been missed for two years. I'm sure that helps me through the winter months. Kalimera everyone.
