Fortunately, I get mates rates, more like £50/hr incl. VAT. However, they discovered more wrong with the Rover than I did, so expecting a big bill. On top of what I have already spent on the car in the last year, this years repair bills on 12,000 miles motoring are approaching what I paid for the car with 12months MoT! And I'll still need at least 2 new tyres in the next 3 months - especially for winter weather.
