No audible clicks from any sensor either. Where to go from here? New ECU? Is it possible to bench test individual sensors by applying 12v from an external source and hopefully hearing a click or is the click derived from the ECU?

The click is from the sensor and that indicates it is working - seems a stretch but as all your sensors are silent ie no click - they all could be dead
