Easy enough, but you will need to change the loom also
Took me two hours to do both when converting Mrs MB's Classicasseur to electric rear windows, including swapping the BCU, driver's door switch and amending the ZCS coding.
Of course you will be swapping the winder and loom on one door, so about an hour if you take your time about it
