I will put my hand up. My wife and myself sometimes have to spend weeks to months apart. Not because we are unhappy or anything, it's how life is sometimes. It's her recipe and it is so easy. I like the way the halogen cooks the food. It's trial and error until you get the hang of the heat settings. I love it. The salmon can be replaced with chicken, if you don't fancy the fish
