It's probably my eyes, but both rear sills look like they could become MOT failure issues very soon, and I'm sure the odometer is reading a lot more than 86K.
Many of the features have been exaggerated. No cruise. No full leather. Therefore may not have powerfolds. In my opinion there is a strong chance you'd be disappointed.
