How much fuel is in the tank? is your in tank pump working? Take fuel filler cap off, ear to the hole and ignition to position 2, can you hear it humming? If not and tank is below a quarter level, add some fuel and try starting it. Pierberg/VDO were the OEM pumps, any other makes are usually not up to the job and don't last long.
