An acquaintance was sending containers to Tanzanier full of second hand goods and cars, more as a favour to a Student he had met from there. It was more than a money making venture, he really wanted to help them.
He was stopped as whatever UK gov’t department claimed he was exporting waste. I saw one of the containers contents, it was full of usable bikes, T.Vs, tools, etc, all good stuff.
