Hi David,
It's not something i do anymore but its quite possible to clone it, the 29F200 flash memory can be externally reprogrammed many times but the diagnostic command for learning the immo code (command B8,13,F7,02,31,80) can only be used once.
The other way is to desolder the chip and swap them over.
