Agree TC it doesn't look like an oil cooler leak - what with all the work carried out, and usually with an oil cooler leak you would expect oil in the water, not the other way around due to the pressure differentials.

Other possibilities are a crack in the head or block. Not what you want to hear though Rob.

A cold pressure test with the sump off might shed some light on it.
