I understand that I will, or should be 'contacted' some sources say it's by letter, some say by phone and some say by text. With such a lack of what to expect it's no wonder that scammers are taking advantage of the gullible.
A clear statement of how the process should work would be helpful. Those inside the system may know how it works but the patients don't. I bet some have turned down invites, if phoned, because they think it's a scam call.
For such a large scale undertaking preparatory general communication has been deplorable. You can understand why folk phone their GP, despite being told not to.
