150-155 is the maximum on a stock turbo. Only way to get more is to fit a larger turbo, and then you'd want a VNT turbo so you still have boost low down. Max of the stock diesel fuel system is around 178bhp. After that you would have to start changing injectors, rails, HPFPs etc.
